Peter Provvedi, 65, of Iva, SC, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born on September 5, 1960, on Hoeboken, NJ; he was the son of the late Emio and Joann Mullinax Provvedi. Peter had a love of music and received enjoyment from playing the guitar. He enjoyed reading for relaxation and the companionship of his cats. Greater than the love he had for his family, was the love he had for God.
He is survived by his children: Michelle Provvedi, Jennifer Lewis (Jason), Justine Douglas (Randy), Nick Provvedi, and Daniel Provvedi; sisters: Debbie Alberson and Sylvia Belk; 18 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and his wife at heart, Sherry Provvedi.
In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his son, Michael Provvedi; and brothers: Danny Owens and Raymond Rains.
No services are planned at this time.
