Phoebe Blackwell, 81, of Iva, SC, passed away on Saturday May 4, 2019.
Born in Anderson, SC, on April 30, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Davis and Johnnie Evans and wife to the late J.B. Blackwell.
Phoebe is survived by her children: Steve Crisp (Belinda), Bryan Crisp and Renee Moureau (George); Sister: Linda Fleming and grandchildren: Jeremy Crisp, Jason Crisp, Amy Crisp, Derek Gibson and Michelle Smith.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by her brother: Wade Davis; Sisters: Jeanette Cook, Elizabeth Gilbert and Caroline Walker; and a grandchild: Danielle Dodd.
Graveside services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday May 7, 2019 at the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel, will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
