Phoebe Evans Kenzler, 70, of Anderson, SC, flew into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.
Born in Anderson, SC on June 15, 1947; she was the daughter of the late Lena Mae Burgess Evans. Phoebe retired from Jackson Mill and was a faithful member of South Pointe Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Kenzler; son, Lewis Bailey; daughters: Ann Ferguson (Larry), Adell Bailey, and Ashley Reed (Quincy); brother, Bennie Evans (Jewell); as well as numerous grand and great grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, she is also predeceased by a brother, Rusty Evans, and a sister, Zellan White.
Services will be held at 2pm on Friday, June 1, 2018 at South Pointe Baptist Church officiated by Pastor Dave Neal. Private burial will follow.
The family will be at the residence and will receive friends at the church prior to the service on Friday from 12pm – 2pm.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel, is assisting the family.
