Rhonda Tolbert, 55, of Seneca, SC, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Seneca Health and Rehab.
A memorial service will be held at Stomphouse Mountain Church of God, 145 Stomphouse Church Road, Walhalla, SC, on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2pm.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel, is assisting the family.
