Richard Nelson “Baby Huey” Mullinax, 61, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday August 1, 2014.
He was the son of the late Carlos and Dorothy Mae Mullinax and husband to his surviving wife; Annie R. “Little Red” Mullinax. He was retired from Owens Corning, a Mason and a served as a fireman for over 20 years at Flatrock-Bowen and Double Springs Fire Dept.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter; Batina James, Sisters; Carla Armstrong, Fredda Worley and Barbara Rumsey, Brother; Thomas “Bo” Mullinax and three grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a grandson.
Funeral Services will be held at 4p.m. on Monday August 4, 2014 at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of his brother, Thomas Mullinax.
