Ricky Capps, 67, of Anderson SC, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Callie and John Rainey Hospice House.
Born on December 22, 1958, to the late Hazel Gilliam Burdette; Ricky was a man of faith, loved God and stood on his word. He loved people, loved helping people and was a caring brother to all his siblings.
He is survived by his siblings: Randy Burdette, Trish Arnold (Randy), Cathy Pierce (Johnny), Greta Kay, Pam Cleveland, and Sandy Rothman (Michael).
In addition to his mother, he is predeceased by his sister, Carol Burdette.
A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Sosebee Mortuary with Pastor Michael Harrell officiating. A private graveside will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will be greeted at the Mortuary.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
