Robert “Bill” Blackwell, 75, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday November 21, 2025.
Born on October 10, 1950, in Anderson, SC, he was the Son of the late J.D. and Ruby Blackwell.
Bill is survived by his Sons: Billy Joe Blackwell and Robert Chad Blackwell; Sister: Nancy Thomas; and his Lifelong Friend: Debbie Loftis.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his Brother: Dennis Blackwell.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
