Ruby Dale Davis July 2, 1945 - November 13, 2022

Ruby Dale Davis, 77, of Pendleton, SC, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at her residence.

Born on July 2, 1945, in Anderson SC, she was the daughter of the late Margaret McConnell Richey and her father at heart, Floyd Richey Jr. Ruby was a loving mother, grandmother and a sharing friend to everyone she came in touch with.

She is survived by her children: Margie Hunnicutt (Randy), Floyd Chaistain, Dwaine Davis (Lynn) and Casey Davis (Keivan); brothers: Donald and Carlton Sherman, and grandchildren: Remington and Landen Jones, Hope Henderson; great-granddaughter: Zoey Henderson 2 step-granddaughters: Crystal Hunnicutt and Maranda Hunnicutt Lester and 6 step-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by two brothers.

A funeral service will be held at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 2pm with Rev. Mike Harrell officiating. A private burial will be held at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel on Thursday, November 17, 2022, from 1pm to 2pm.

The family will be at their respective homes.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
