Shirley N. Pearson, 73 of Anderson, SC, passed away at her home on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.
Born in Cross Anchor, SC, on December 27, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Annie “Merle” Scott and the wife to the late Jerry Pearson. She worked for many years at JP Stevens and was also a member at East Georgia Road Baptist Church.
She is survived by her brothers: Billy Nelson (Joyce) and Keith Scott (Julie), and three nieces: Kristina Nelson, Brittany Nelson and Tasha Scott.
In addition to her mother and husband, she is predeceased by two brothers: David and Tommy Nelson.
Graveside services will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 3:30pm with Pastor Brian Ellison officiating.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel from 2pm to 3pm.
The family will be at the home of her brother: Billy Nelson.
