I am at a complete loss. Too many years have passed us by my friend, a lifetime in fact. I was 16 when I last saw you and was looking forward to catching up when I retired a few months ago. But I let the years slip away and we drifted apart…a regret that I can no longer mend. We were so young and had so much future before us. You moved to Texas, and I to S.C. Then I moved back to FL, then Kansas, Texas, Georgia, Vegas then retired in Oregon. After 40 years we found each other again on FB…I thought we had so much time left. Forgive me Sylvan for not being the friend you needed when you needed me most. I didn’t know but that is nobody’s fault but my own and that I can only hope to make up to you when we meet again. You were the big brother I never had and I never stopped loving you. Godspeed to you and I will be along in time.
