Tony Glenn Gentry, 58, of Anderson, SC passed away on Monday, May 4, 2020 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born on October 24, 1961 in Anderson, SC he was the son of Ophelia Gentry and the late James Oneal Gentry and the husband to the late Beverly Joan Gentry. Tony was of the Pentecostal faith.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step children: Christy Johnson, Doug Peterson, and Glenn Peterson; brother: James Gentry of Anderson; sisters: Joann Richey of Iva, and Kathy Hamby (Mike) of Anderson; step granddaughter: Toni Leigh Sloan; and 2 special friends and caregivers: Jannie and Ken McGee.
In addition to his father and wife, he was predeceased by a sister: Barbara Gray.
Due to COVID19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
