Vivian Lee “Billie” Carey, 87, of Anderson, SC, passed away at her home on June 23, 2018.
Born on December 7, 1930 in Williamston, SC, she was the daughter of the late William and Madge West and wife to the late Dennis C Carey. She was also a long-time member of the River of Life Church of God, formerly the McDuffie Street Church of God.
She is survived by her daughters: Cathy Taylor (Tim), Susan Vickery and Tammy Franks (Sammy); 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by her children: Billy Joe Crumpton, Beth Craft and Eddie Sloan and Grandchildren: Jody Alexander and Brandon Franks.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Wednesday June 28, 2018 at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel and will be officiated by Pastor Dale Dyar. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm to 8pm Tuesday June 26, 2018.
The family will be at the home.
