W.J. Osborne, 80, of Anderson, SC passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018.
Born on June 27, 1938 in Anderson, SC he was the son of the late Allen Columbus and Ruby Osborne, and the husband to Diane Osborne. He was also a charter member of West Whitner Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Tracy Carter, Timothy Lane Osborne (Cindy), Anna Marie Bryan (Travis), Amy Elizabeth Osborne (Kim), and Jeremy Wesley Osborne (Stephanie); grandchildren: Jallas Lane Carter, Devin Kenneth Lane Osborne, McKenzie Kalyn Ripley, Grayson Finley Bryan, and Emmalynn Grace Bryan; and great-grandchildren: Clifton Reeves Ripley and Ruger Jax Lecroy.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife: Dianna Lynn Broome Osborne; 4 brothers; 2 sisters; and a great-grandchild: Ashley Caroline Carter.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 17, 2018 at 6pm at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel. Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel from 4pm – 6pm.
A private burial will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will be at the home of his daughter, Anna.
