William ‘Otis’ Bryant, 83, of Iva, SC, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born on April 8, 1936 in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Amos and Macie Bryant. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and a member of Lowndesville Pentecostal Holiness Church.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn M. Bryant; son, Westley Bryant (Lois); stepchildren: Denise Posey (Mike) and Kevin Buchanan; brothers: Leon, Ronald, and Mike Bryant; sisters: Barbara McCurry, Lynette Melchoir; grandchildren: Evan, Hannah, and Nathan Bryant, great grandchildren: Cameron and Taylin Mitchell, and Parker Bryant. Step-grandchild: Jessica Brown.
In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his siblings: Frances Gloss, Doris Smith, and Marshall Bryant.
Services will be held at 3pm on Friday, March 13, 2020 officiated by Pastor Scotty Willoughby at Lowndesville Pentecostal Holiness Church.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday at the church from 1:30pm – 3pm.
