Yogi Duwayne Brooks, 70, of Belton, SC, passed away on Wednesday August 30, 2023, at the Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Anderson, SC, on May 25, 1953, he was the son of the late Hayne Brooks and Gladys Fields Cranford.
Yogi is survived by his Wife: Josephine Brooks; Sons: Chevis Brooks and William Webb; Daughter: Michelle Baird (Kenny); Grandchildren: Tyler Henry, Avery Brooks, Brody Brooks, Meagan Burnett, Cameron Webb, and Jensen Beck; and Great-Granddaughter: Sophia Burnett.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his Brother: Larry Haynie Brooks.
A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday September 9, 2023, at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
