Alfred J. (Buddy) Wicker, 71, of Iva, SC, passed away on October 25, 2014 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born to the late Buster and Eli Wicker and married to the late Vernell Wicker; he was retired from SCDOT and was of the Holiness Faith.
He is survived by his sons: Junior Wicker (Rena) and Chris Wicker; daughters: Debbie Johnson (Wally), Janice Dorsey (Frankie), and Sondra Simmons (Anthony); 1 brother; 5 sisters; 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 4p.m. at Iva First Assembly of God officiated by Rev. Charles Howell and Rev. Donnie Norris. Burial will follow at Iva City Cemetery.
The family is at the residence and will receive friends prior to the service at the church on Thursday from 3pm – 4pm.
