Anne Evans Brown, 73, of Starr, SC passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at her home.
Born on January 7, 1949, in Greenwood, SC, she was the daughter of the late Early o. Evans (Louise Pearl Evans and Louise Duncan Lucero. She was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple and retired from Anderson School District 3.
She is survived by her husband: Ken Brown; sons: Steve Allman (Vera), Brandon Coy Brown (Adriana); daughters: Gina David (Rick), Nikki Owens (Jon) and Susan Reeves; 3 brothers; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by 2 brothers.
A funeral service will be held at Gethsemane Baptist Temple, on Monday, September 5, 2022 at 2pm with Pastor Sam Duncan officiating.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the church on Monday from 12pm to 2pm.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, Nikki Owens, 115 Midway Drive Anderson SC 29625.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
