Annie B Chasteen Floyd Crawford, 87 of Anderson SC, passed away on December 24, 2014 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Anderson SC she was the daughter of the late Colonel William and Martha Kinsey Chasteen; twice widowed to Rodney (Trigger) H. Floyd Sr. and Charles E. Crawford. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and a member of New Prospect Baptist Church.
She is survived by son: Rodney H. Floyd Jr of the home and care-giver to his mother; daughters: Phylis Buckwalter Bryant-Welty(Alan), Carol Reeves(Joe) of Austell Ga, and Mary Ann Crawford; brother: Johnny B Chasteen(Estella); grandson: David Wilson of Austell, Ga; Step-Children: Robert “Teepot” Crawford, Larry Crawford and Patricia Sexton; 6 step-grandchildren; and special K-9 grand kids: Oreo, Domino, Benji, Mandy and Hootie.
In addition to her parents she is predeceased by a son: John William Lyles, 3 brothers, 5 sisters and a grand-daughter: Wendy Mouton.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 6pm at Sosebee Mortuary Downtown Chapel officiated by Rev. Allen Paris. A private burial will take place.
Visitation will be held at the Downtown Chapel one hour prior to the service from 5pm – 6pm.
The family will be at 3016 West Standridge Rd, Anderson SC.
