Bonnie R. Wicker December 15, 1941 - August 9, 2023

Bonnie R. Wicker, 81, of Anderson SC, passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2023.

Born December 15, 1941, in Anderson SC, she was the daughter of the late James Harvey and Annie Bell Turner. She was the wife to the late Thomas Wicker.

She is survived by her children: Steve Powell, Ricky Powell, Jackie Powell (Carla) and Terrie Manley; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and a brother: James Turner.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by a daughter: Patricia “Trisha” Oxner and 8 sisters.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30pm at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel on Monday, August 21, 2023, with Pastor Sam Duncan and her grandson Pastor C.C. Manley officiating. Burial will follow at New Silverbrook Cemetery.

Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel on Monday, August 21, 2023, from 11am to 12:30pm.

The family will be at their respective homes.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
