Carol Tilley Laire, 70, of Anderson, SC passed away on Friday May 10, 2024, at the Callie and John Rainey Hospice House of Anderson, SC.
Born in Anderson, SC on December 23, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Lollis Durell Tilley and Dortha June Tilley, and was the wife to David W. Laire Sr. Carol was a mother to everyone and loved everyone.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters: Missy Huff (Bobby) and Lyn Smith; brother: Jimmy Tilley (Arlene); children at heart: David W. Laire Jr. (Brandi), Amy Robinson, Mariel Ross, and Lauren Laire; and many loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she preceded in death by her brothers: David Tilley, Grady Tilley, Randy Tilley, and Terry Wayne Tilley; sisters: Norma Jean Tilley, Sharon Loskoski, and Becky Scoggins.
A visitation will be from 11am-until on Saturday May 18, 2024, at Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel.
The family will be at the front porch of her home.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Callie and John Rainey Hospice House of Anderson, SC.
The family wishes to extend a thank you to the members of Rainey Hospice House for their kindness during this time.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
