Carolyn Jo Ann Vaughn, 79, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Sunday February 19, 2023.
Born on January 12, 1944, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late B.C. and Ruby Dyar and wife to Earl Vaughn.
In addition to her husband, Earl, she is survived by her Daughter: Rebecca West; Son: Bobby Sisk; Stepdaughter: Earlene Vaughn; Stepson: James Carter; Brothers: Rev. Benny Dyar, Wade Dyar, and Ruben Dyar; Sister: Angela Cross; as well as numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by her Sons: Ricky and Richard Sisk; Brother: Perry Dyar; and Sisters: Rachel Vickery and Linda Cross.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Thursday February 23, 2023, at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel and will be officiated by Pastor Richard Busha. Entombment will follow at the Garden of Memories.
The family will receive friends from 2pm to 3pm prior to the service at the mortuary on Thursday.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
