Cecilia Corrine McClaskey, 84, of Anderson SC, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at her home.
Born in Ohio, on January 26, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Creed Justus and Nellie Francis Cordray. She was the wife to the late Charles Mason McClaskey Sr and a woman of faith.
She is survived by her children: Rhonda Lynn Anusevitch (Michael), Dorothy Charlene Sanborn (Kimball), Sherrie Mae McClaskey (Donnie), Charles Mason McClaskey Jr (Karen), Laura Ann Pritchard, Betty Jean Yarger (Pete), Bruce Allen McClaskey (FayeLee); sister: Sharon Crumm (Oscar); son-in-law: Richard Runyon; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her canine companion: Miss Sarah Jane.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by a daughter: Brenda Lee Runyon; 7 brothers, 1 sister and her canine companions: Smurf, Buddy and Misfit.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel at 7:30pm.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel from 6pm to 7:30pm.
The family will be at their respective homes.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
