Corrine Young, 91, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Saturday August 13, 2022, at the Rainey Hospice House.
Born on December 23, 1930, in Ben Hill, Ga, she was the daughter of the late Lee Young and Melba Connelly. Corrine was a retired sales agent and bookkeeper in Real Estate Sales. She was also a lifetime member of Orrville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her Brothers: Greg and Preston Young; and her beloved Nephew and Caretaker: Jeffrey Young (Tracey.)
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Wednesday August 17, 2022, at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel and will be officiated by Pastor Larry Sizemore and Deacon Jimmy Brown. A private internment will follow at New Silverbrook Cemetery.
The family will be at the home of her nephew, Jeffrey Young, but will receive friends from 2pm to 3pm prior to the service Wednesday at the mortuary.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
