Dan William Lollis, 92, of Honea Path, SC, passed away on Thursday September 3, 2020.
Born in September 25, 1927 in Belton, SC, he was the son of the late Asa and Jenny Louise Thompson Lollis and husband to Rachel Elizabeth Davis Lollis.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Frances L Hall (Dennis), Carolyn Robinson (Mack), Mike Jones (Kathy) and Steve Jones (Beverly); Sisters: Betty Lou Hawkins and Nettie Sue Neal; as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his Sons: Dan W “Danny” Lollis Jr and James R Lollis; Brother: Doris Asa Lollis; Sister: Ellen Faye Lowe; and Grandson: Travis W Hall.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm, Tuesday September 8, 2020 at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2pm to 3pm at the Mortuary. Burial will follow at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
