Deborah J. Rogers August 10, 1954 - November 15, 2023

Deborah J. Rogers, 69, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

Born on August 10, 1954, she was the wife of Eugene Rogers and the daughter of the late Clarence H. Hall and Ruth Fowler Hall. She was a homemaker who loved her family and fur babies. She also attended T.L. Hanna High School and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons: Ray Whitaker (Crystal), Samuel Whitaker (Crystal), and Howard Brown; daughter: Krystal Brown; sister: Martha Smith and brother-in-law: Richard Smith; grandchildren: Kaleb Whitaker, Dylan Whitaker, Ethan Whitaker, and Howard B. Brown; niece: Lethia Smith; nephew: Robert Smith; and special friend: Kathy Simmons.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother: Hayward Hall.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 18, 2023, at 2pm at Southside Baptist Church, 206 Hill St Anderson, SC 29624.

Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1pm to 2pm Saturday at the church.

The family will be at their respective homes.

Flowers can be delivered to 203 Grimes St. Anderson, SC or in lieu of flowers donations can be made at Rainey Hospice House of Anderson, SC.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
