Gene Brock, 53, of Anderson, SC, passed away on April 29, 2015 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Anderson, SC, on September 24, 1961, he was the son of Mary Hanks (Bobby) and the late William D. Brock. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother and step-father; he is survived by his sons: Joseph Brandon and Daniel Justin Brock; daughters: Krystal Lynch and Diana Pierson; step-son Tony Brookshire; sister Pam Harper; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1pm on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Friday from 1130am – 1pm. Burial will follow at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank Hospice of the Upstate and especially Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home who has cared for him for 19 years. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either one of these organizations.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.
