Eddie Elgin, 59, of Anderson SC passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014.
Born in Anderson, SC; he was the son of the late Lawrence Elgin and Doris Vickery Allen and was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple.
He was survived by three nieces, a sister-in-law, and 5 great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents; he was predeceased by 2 brothers: Donnie and Steve Elgin; and a great niece.
Graveside Services will be held at New Silverbrook Cemetery on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 3pm with Rev. Sam Duncan and Rev. Mike Harrell officiating.
Visitation will take place prior to the service from 1pm to 2:30pm at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel.
The family will be at the home of niece: Diane Jackson, 1437 Amity Rd, Anderson SC, and ask that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Hospice of the Upstate, restricted for Bereavement Services, 1835 Rogers Rd, Anderson, SC 29621.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel, is assisting the family.
