Edward Earl Augsburger, 63, of Belton, SC, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Hospice of the Upstate, surrounded by his family.
Born in Milford, CT, he was the son of the late Edward Augsburger and Ann Ambriscoe Augsburger. Edward was retired from Dominion Power, and worked as a Golf Instructor at Holly Ridge Golf Course in Harbinger, NC. He enjoyed his retirement while working at Cobb’s Glen Country Club in Anderson, SC.
He is survived by his wife, Karen, sons: Edward Augsburger Jr, Nicholas Augsburger, and Matthew Augsburger; siblings, Janet Matthews, Jeffrey Augsburger, Paul Augsburger, and Wayne Augsburger. His legacy lives on through his grandchildren: Lilly, Elizabeth, Matthew, Alex, Dylan, and Grayson.
The family will receive friends at a memorial ceremony at Cobb’s Glen in the 19th Hole Diner, Anderson, SC on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 1pm.
