Frances Billings, 66, of Iva SC, passed away at her home on Saturday, November 24, 2018.
Born in Abbeville, SC, on October 14, 1952, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Rice and the wife to the late Jerry T. Billings.
She is survived by her son: Sean Billings (Amanda); brother: Steve Rice (Jeanette) and grandchildren: Emily and Haley Billings.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her brother, Jimmy Rice and her sister: Jean Gray.
Funeral services will take place at Sosebee Mortuary Iva Chapel at 2pm on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. Burial will follow at South Lawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends prior to the service at the Iva Chapel on Tuesday from 12:30pm to 2pm.
The family will be at the home of her son: Sean Billings.
