Juanita C. Butler, 74, of Anderson SC, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018.
Born in Belton SC, on May 10, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Thomas E. Chasteen and Sylvia Viola Cheek. She was a banker, and a member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple.
She is survived by her daughter: Lanita Butler; sisters: Sylvia Rutledge, Ella Mae Timms and Faye Mull.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother: Ralph Chasteen and a sister: Estelle Connley.
Funeral services will be held at Gethsemane Baptist Temple on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 1pm with Pastor Sam Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories.
Visitation will be held at the church prior to the service on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 11am to 1pm.
The family will be at their respective homes.
