Grady H. Harper, 80, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born on December 31, 1934 in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Henry Grady and Lillie Gaines Harper. He was married to the late Margaret Harper and was a veteran of the US Air Force.
He is survived by his step-children: Darryl and Rickey Harper, Cheryle Walker and Sandra Reese; brother Dennis Harper; sisters: Jeananne Harper Kimbell and Brenda Harper Hoyle; 12 step-grandchildren, Michael Harper, reared in the home; and 13 step-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and spouse; he is also predeceased by a step-son Randall Harper and step-grandchild Donna Harper, reared in the home.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel, at 2pm officiated by Rev. Dennis Harper.
The family will be at their respective homes.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.
