Gwenivere Lee “GiGi” Butler June 13, 2022 - January 9, 2023

Gwenivere Lee “GiGi” Butler, 6 months old, of Pelzer, SC, passed away  on Monday January 9, 2023 at her home.

Born on June 13, 2022 in Greenwood, SC, she was the daughter of Kevin and Jessica Griffin Butler. GiGi had a smile that could not be duplicated, was happy, and friendly to everyone she came in contact with. GiGi is a welcome addition to Heaven but she will live on in our hearts and minds. Memories will always be our strength.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her Sister: Chloe Justus Butler; Paternal Grandparents David and Donna Hall and Maternal Grandmother: Lori Griffin.

She is preceded in death by her Paternal Grandfather: John Butler and Maternal Grandfather: Lee Griffin.

A Celebration of GiGi’s life will be held at 11am on Tuesday January 17, 2023, at the Sosebee Mortuary South chapel and will be officiated by Brother Stan Brook.  A private internment will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery.

The family will be at the home of her paternal grandparents, David and Donna Hall.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
