Marshall Adams “Corny”, 82 of Anderson SC passed away on Friday, September 6, 2019 at Ellenburg Health Care of Anderson.
Born in Anderson, SC on March 1, 1937, he was the son of the Late Amos Melvin and Ethel Shaw Adams. He was a Veteran of the US Airforce and the husband to Patsy Hanvey Adams.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons: Rickey Nimmons, Charles Nimmons (Beckey), Dale Adams (Joy), Bradley Adams (Cindy); daughter: Lisa Adams Aiken (Leo); 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother: Gene Adams.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday September 12, 2019 at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel. Burial will follow at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 6pm to 8pm at the South Chapel.
The family will be at the home of his daughter: Lisa Adams.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
