Howard Beatty, 82, of Townville, SC, passed away on Friday February 20, 2015 at the Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Anderson, SC, he was the husband of Florence Wicker Beatty, a US Army Veteran and a member of Double Springs Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons; William Pierce (Rhonda), Terry Harris and Charlie Harris (Cindy), as well as 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm Sunday February 22, 2015 at the Double Springs Baptist Church and will be officiated by Pastor Kyle Caudell and Pastor Paul Holcombe. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
The family will be at the home of his son, Charlie Harris, 112 Sue Ella Ct, Townville, SC.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
