Jerry Elgin, 79, of Anderson, SC passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015.
Born in Belton, SC, he was the son of the late Fred and Gertrude King Elgin, and the spouse to Hattie Elgin. He was a Veteran of the US Army and Airforce.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter: Darlene Brooks (James); brother: Leonard Elgin; grandchildren: Marshall Crawford (Lona) and Amy Wilson (Jamie); and 10 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by 5 sisters and 3 brothers.
Private services will be held.
The family will be at the home.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
