Joe Maxwell Littlejohn Jr, 79, of Iva, SC, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at his home.
Born on October 22, 1936 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Joe and Mary Littlejohn and husband to Edwena Littlejohn. He was also a dairy farmer and truck driver for many years and a beloved father and grandfather.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Dena Russell, Maxie Littlejohn III, Jimmy Littlejohn and his wife Brenda, Russell Littlejohn and his wife Janet, Diane Rast and Jeffrey Littlejohn and his wife Christy; Sisters: Mary Jo Boatwright and Nan Fraser; as well as 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and his beloved pekingese, Helio.
A memorial service will be at at 1pm on Saturday April 9, 2016 at the Sosebee Mortuary Iva Chapel.
The family will be at the home.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory Iva Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
