Julian “Bugs” Ballard, 81, of Anderson SC, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, October 24, 2019.
Born in Anderson, SC, on February 12, 1938, he was the son of the late Fred and Marie Ballard; retired from Glo-Tex Textile Chemicals and was a Veteran of the US Airforce.
He is survived by his sons: Marty Ballard (Mysti) and Charlie Ballard and a granddaughter: Marisa Ballard.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers: Wayne and Jerry Ballard and his sisters: Gladys Fleming and Jenny Gunnells.
A funeral service will be held at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 2pm. Burial will follow at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel on Monday, October 28, 2019 from 12pm to 2pm.
The family will be at their respective homes.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
