Karen D. Oglesby, 54, of Anderson SC, passed away on Sunday December 10, 2023, at Rainey Hospice House.
Born on October 23, 1969, she is the daughter of Barnard Gentry and the late Kay Gentry. She was the wife of Nelson Anthony Olgesby.
In addition to her father and husband, she is survived by her daughters: Jessica Gentry, Alisha Gentry (Michael), and Teressa Gentry Gamboa (Rodolfo), brothers: Glenn Gentry and Keith Rumsey; sisters: Crystal Berryman (Michael), Angela Rumsey, and Kelly Chapel (Greg); grandchildren: Devon Brown, Noel Tony, Kira Stamps, Chloe Gentry, Miguel Gamboa, Anylla Stamps, Willy Gamboa, and Eli Turman; uncle: Tim Fullbright; cousins: Tyler Fullbright and Ryan Sanderson; niece: Jada Rumsey.
Funeral services will be held at Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel on Saturday December 16, 2023, at 4pm with Pastor Daniel Span officiating.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel on Saturday December 16, 2023, from 2pm to 4pm.
The family will be at their respective homes.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
