Kelley Mae Frogge, 86, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 in Hartwell, Ga.
She was born in South Carolina to the late James C and Geneva Burgess. She was a sweet and beautiful person. Kelley loved camping, fishing and was a wonderful cook.
She is survived by her sister Juleen Costanzo of Royston, Ga and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday February 22, 2017 at 2pm at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
