Margaret Ellen Vaughn Yates, 88, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
Born on August 5, 1927 in Anderson, SC, she was married to Garrett E. Yates.
She is survived by her children: Judy Sebesta (Fred) and Gerry Yates (Betty); 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
She is predeceased by a son Thomas Edward Yates and a daughter Debra Yates Black.
Services will be held at Varennes Heights Baptist Church on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 3pm. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel, on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 7pm – 8:30pm.
The family will be at the residence.
