Michael Lamar Fowler, 64, of Anderson, SC passed away on Friday, September 9, 2016.
Born in Toccoa, GA he was the son of the late Morris W Fowler and Ollie Mae Fowler, and the husband to Diane Woodall Fowler. Michael served in the US Army.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughters: Tracie Fowler Negrin (Wayne), Jennifer Fowler, Amanda Fowler; step-son: Chris Barnes; brothers: Mark Fowler (Cindy) and Kevin Fowler; sisters: Diane Raines (Randy), Janet Cromer (Steve), Lynn Tucker, Deborah Fowler, and Christy Fowler; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In addition to his father, he is predeceased by a brother: Wesley Fowler.
Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel at 2pm. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1pm – 2pm at the mortuary. Burial will follow the service at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery with Military Rites.
