Nancy Melinda Nichols, 50, of Anderson, SC passed away on Tuesday May 14, 2024, at Rainey Hospice House.
She was born in Anderson, SC on March 23, 1974, she was the daughter of the late James Thomas Gable and Jo Ann Weathers, she was the wife to Don Jay Nichols. Nancy was a loving mother and wife. She loved being outdoors and had a big heart.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter: Kimberly Nicole Mabry; son: James Gable; sisters: Brenda Moon, Teresa Creamer, Toni Smith, Margaret Marchbanks (Dwayne), and Ruby McCormick (Brian); brothers: Thomas Gable (Hazel), Richard Gable, and Curtis Gable; grandchildren: A.J. and Allison; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 1pm to 2:30pm on Saturday May 25, 2024, at Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel. There will be a testimonial service by friends and family following the visitation.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
