Rachel Davis Lollis, 97, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday January 16, 2024, at NHC of Greenwood, SC.
Born on December 15, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Ithema Davis and Beulah Adams Davis, she was the wife of the late Dan Lollis. Rachel is the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by her sons: Mike Jones (Kathy) and Steve Jones (Beverly); daughter: Carolyn Robinson (Mack); 6 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; and her beloved canine Jazz.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by 12 siblings.
The funeral will be held on Friday January 19, 2024, at 12pm at Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel officiated by Pastor Shane Elrod. Interment will be at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be held prior to the service on Friday January 19, 2024, from 11am to 12pm at the mortuary.
The family will be at their respective homes.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family.
