Ray Lamar Ayers, 59, of Anderson SC, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at his home.

Son of the late Edward Ray Ayers and Mildred Joann Rogers, he was born on March 12, 1963, in Anderson SC.

He was an operator for Foam Fabricators Inc.

He is survived by his brother: Bobby Ayers; and grandmother: Helen Ayers.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents: Eunice and DeWitt Rogers, and Ansel “Kay” Ayers.

A service will be held on Monday, May 2, 2022, at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel at 2pm, and will be officiated by Pastor Phil Sears.

The family will receive friends prior to the service at the mortuary, from 1-2pm, on Monday, May 2, 2022.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
