Rebecca “Becky” Taylor Lollis, 75, of Starr, SC, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Hartwell Health and Rehab.
Born on August 7, 1950, in Anderson SC, she was the daughter of the late J.P. and Doris Cox Taylor, and the wife to the late Dennis Lollis. Becky was an animal lover all her life. Animals filled her life with many hours of joy. She was a free spirit and lived her life with a little bit of gypsy in her soul. Becky always had fun life stories to share and in her later years treasured her relationship with the Lord.
She is survived by her sisters: Helen Taylor Fleming, Angie Taylor Allen (Marion) and Katie Taylor Lewis (Lonnie), 2 nieces and 2 nephews, as well as her caregiver and friend Cordella Lindsey.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by a brother: Tim Taylor and a brother in law: Terrell Fleming.
A funeral service will take place at 11am on Friday, January 9, 2026, at Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory with Pastor Sam Duncan officiating.
The family will be at their respective homes.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
