Robert Wayne Nicholson, 75, of Anderson, SC, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 23, 2023.
Born in Seneca, SC; he was predeceased by his mother, Emma Cobb; father, Leroy Nicholson; partner, Cathy Gilliam; and siblings: Valena Phillips, Kenneth Nicholson, and Howard Nicholson.
He has a surviving sister, Sandra Tench of Mesa, AZ; two stepdaughters: Christy Gilliam and Nicole Gilliam; and five step grandchildren.
Services will be held at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel, on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 2pm where he will receive Military Honors. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service on Saturday at the Mortuary.
Internment will take place at a later date at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel, is assisting the family.
