Stephanie Jean Billings 33, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Stephanie’s life, though cut way too short, was filled with moments that touched the hearts of those who knew her.
Stephanie was admired for her warm spirit and kind heart. She always loved helping others, even when she had little herself. With a gentle nature and caring soul, Stephanie will be remembered by those who loved her for her compassion, laughter, and the tender love she gave. She treasured moments with family and friends, creating memories that will be cherished forever.
She leaves behind her three beautiful daughters: Aleigha Foster, Issabella Foster and Kylee Foster; her parents: Dwayne and Vanessa Billings; her sister: Jennifer Billings Young; nieces: Abigail Fernandez, Lily Grace McGinnis, Johley McGinnis; a nephew: Brady McGinnis; her uncles and aunts: Randall and Deborah Jefferson, Wade and Paula Johnson; grandparents: maternal, Don and Faye Abbott; paternal, Glinda Billings, as well as many cousins.
Stephanie was predeceased by her maternal grandfather: John W. Hall, her paternal grandfather: William Allen Billings and her uncle: Van Watkins.
