Terry Joe Carnes, 63, of Belton, SC passed away on Monday November 5, 2018.
Born on June 20, 1955, in Belton, SC, he was the son of the late TJ Carnes and Louise Allen Roper.
He is survived by his nieces: Toni McClain Gilmer, Tara Carnes Beebe, and Stephanie Carnes Stephens; and his sister in law: Miriam Carnes.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother: Steve Carnes, and sister: Debra Carnes Malone.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at 1pm at Big Oaks Landing 5823 Dam Road Hartwell, GA 30463.
