Thomas Taylor Haynie, 91, of Honea Path, SC passed away on Tuesday, January 31,2017 at Anmed Health Medical Center.
Born in Belton, SC, he was the son of the late Thomas Cunningham and Nellie Blyth Taylor Haynie. He was the husband to Jean Campbell Haynie. Thomas was a member of First Baptist of Belton and he served in Korea in the US Army.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son: Thomas Murland Haynie and his wife, Deborah; 2 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his brothers: Leonard and Vernon Haynie; and sister: Catherine Dickert.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 1pm at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery and will be officiated by Reverend Dale Lynch. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11am – 12pm at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel.
