Tony William Kelley, 52, of Starr, SC, passed away Wednesday January 4, 2023.
Born on March 9, 1970, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Cherry and Mary Frances Hale.
Tony is survived by his Son: Shon Kelley; Sister: Tammy Webb (Mark); two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his Brothers: Troy and Michael Hill.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel to help with Tony’s funeral expenses.
